Purchases and Robux
Our games are free to play. Some may offer optional purchases with Robux to support the studio. You never need to buy anything to play, finish the tutorial or grow your shop.
1. How purchases work
Every purchase happens through Roblox, with Robux, using Roblox's own purchase window. We never see or store your payment details. The price in Robux is always shown before you confirm.
2. What you can buy
- Game passes are one-time purchases that stay with your Roblox account for as long as the game is available.
- Boosts and cash packs are used up when you get them, for example in-game cash, or a time-limited boost for everyone in your server.
When an item is on sale, it is listed in the game's Store with a plain description of what it does. Items have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money.
3. Refunds and missing items
Robux refunds are handled by Roblox under its own policies, because Roblox processes every payment. If you bought something and did not get it, email studios@sentinelgrid.us with your Roblox username, the item and roughly when you bought it, and we will make it right.

Roblox lets parents set monthly spending limits, require a PIN, and get notified about purchases in Parental Controls on the Roblox website. See our For Parents page for more.
