Privacy Policy
SentinelGrid Studios is the games team at SentinelGrid, a software company in Florida. This policy explains what we learn about you when you play our Roblox games or use this website, why, and what you can do about it. It sits alongside the SentinelGrid Privacy Policy, which covers the rest of the company.
1. When you play our games
Our games run on Roblox. Roblox gives every game the same basic information about each player, and that is all we get:
- Your Roblox user ID and display name, so the game can show your name to other players and save your progress.
- Your progress in the game. In Wrench Crew that is your cash, repair count, perks, whether you finished the tutorial, and the day you last played (for the daily bonus streak). It is stored in Roblox's own data storage under your user ID.
- What you own in the game. If you buy a game pass or an item with Robux, Roblox tells the game that you bought it so it can give it to you. Roblox handles the payment; we never see any payment details.
The game never asks for your real name, email, phone number, address, photo or location, and it has no place to type them in. In-game chat is run by Roblox under Roblox's rules and filters; we do not record or store it. Our games have no ads and no third-party trackers. Roblox gives developers totals and averages about how a game is played (for example, how many people played today), which we use to improve the game; that reporting is described in Roblox's own privacy policy.
2. When you use this website
- Game news sign-up: your email and, if you choose, your Roblox username.
- Team applications: your name, email, Roblox username, the role you want, a link to your work and anything you write to us.
- Email: if you write to studios@sentinelgrid.us, we keep the conversation so we can reply.
Form submissions go to SentinelGrid's own systems running on Cloudflare. We use them only to reply to you, consider your application, and send the game news you asked for. Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and repeated submissions. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and serves its fonts itself, so loading a page does not send your details to anyone else.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled only by the services that run our games and site: Roblox (which hosts the games and processes purchases) and Cloudflare (which hosts this site and our forms). We will disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Children
Anyone Roblox allows can play our games, including children under 13. Our games do not collect personal information from players. The only identifier we use is the Roblox user ID that Roblox provides, and we use it only to run the game and save progress, which the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act treats as support for a game's internal operations. We never use it to contact a player, build a profile, or show ads.
Our website forms are for people 13 and older only, and each form asks you to confirm your age. If we learn that a child under 13 sent us information through a form, we delete it. Parents can read more on our For Parents page.
5. How long we keep it
- Game progress stays saved for as long as the game is available, so it is there when you come back.
- Game news sign-ups stay until you ask us to remove you.
- Team applications are kept for up to 12 months, unless you join the team.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email studios@sentinelgrid.us from the address you used, or, for game data, tell us your Roblox username. When Roblox passes us a player's request to erase their data, we delete that player's saved progress. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws; we honour them, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Game data stays inside Roblox's storage, and only our game servers can read or write it. Our form data is held in SentinelGrid systems that only the team can reach. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the home page before it takes effect.
